I'm a coach and training partner for numberous BJJ and MMA fighters, and train with the Cesar Gracie team and the Rocha/Royler Gracie Jiu Jitsu teams in the San Francisco area.

I began eating only foods close to the source, eliminating meat and fish from my diet in 1985, and now I eat no dairy or eggs.  I'm in my mid-50's and in top physical shape, still competing full force against fighters half my age.
