Breakfast Menu

Breakfast is an easy meal, but it is also important because you want to get yourself fueled up for your first workout, but not with foods that leave you feeling heavy or tired.

Sample breakfast 1

Good old cereal/granola of your choice, almond milk, slice in a banana and some berries.  Ad some toast with peanut butter or almond butter.  A glass of fresh juice is great as well.

Sample breakfast 2

4 rice cakes with almond or peanut butter on top, and then slice on a banana.  Make a fruit smoothy in the blender to go with it, which can be as easy as sliced cantaloup and blueberries.
